A garage built by someone who got tired of bad garages
Rob Castellanos spent twelve years working in main dealerships watching customers get sold work they did not need. In 2008 he opened a shop that did the opposite.

Eighteen years on the same corner
We started with two bays, one lift and a secondhand scan tool. There was no advertising budget, so the only way the shop was going to survive was if people told their friends about us. Eighteen years later that is still where almost all of our work comes from.
Today there are six bays, a four-wheel alignment rig and diagnostic equipment for every major manufacturer. What has not changed is the rule the shop was built on: nobody pays for work they did not agree to, and nobody gets sold a repair they do not need.
We look after everything from a fifteen-year-old commuter to a fleet of work vans to the newest hybrids. Same lift, same technicians, same approach.

Four rules the shop runs on
None of this is on a poster in reception. It is just how the place has always worked.
We would rather lose the job than the customer
If a repair is not worth doing on a car of that value, we say so. Plenty of people have driven away having spent nothing.
Show, do not tell
Anyone who wants to see the worn part on the lift gets walked out to it. You should never have to take our word for it.
Train for what is coming
Hybrids and EVs are most of what is arriving now. Every technician here trains on them, on shop time, not their own.
Keep cars going for longer
A well-maintained car that runs for fifteen years beats a new one every five. Most of what we do is helping people avoid replacing a car.
Three technicians, forty-nine years between them
Small on purpose. The person who diagnoses your car is the person who repairs it.
